We’re a growing, vibrant church with an average weekend attendance of 600+. Located near the east coast in the heart of the Hampton Roads Metro region, we strive to be a community of Jesus-followers where Hope Changes Everything. Through authentic worship, relevant teaching, and impactful service, we strive to be a part of what God is doing in our community.
As our Discipleship Pastor, You’ll oversee and equip our small groups program (we currently have 30 small groups). You will help create and lead discipleship programs, mentor leaders, and develop content that speaks to every generation. We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and relational leader who’s committed to leading in a community of Jesus followers. If you love discipleship, have strong management skills, and want to help others grow in their faith, we’d love to have you on our team.
