Northside Christian Church is currently looking for a Discipleship Pastor. Northside’s mission is to Love God, Serve Others and Win One. We desire to hire a dynamic leader with at least five years’ experience who is a model of Christian character (excellence, integrity, people driven, on mission). He or she will be the primary administrator and vision caster for all small groups and classes. This individual will oversee our guest assimilation process and should also be able to preach as needed. The Discipleship Pastor will have the opportunity to serve alongside a fantastic team of pastors and staff who work together well and enjoy making disciples who make disciples!
