We are searching for a full-time campus minister that will serve undergraduate students at Northeastern University. In addition to the job description, staff is expected to be flexible, creative, a self-starter, collaborative and willing to engage in the interfaith settings within Northeastern’s Center for Spirituality, Dialogue & Service (CSDS). This position is fundraised, and Sojourn is committed to training staff on best-practices for support-raising. Benefits are available.
It is important to note that you will be engaging with students on the whole spectrum of faith belief, or lack thereof. We expect that staff engages with students based on where they are in their personal faith (discipleship journey). We are open to discussing this more at any time!
Leadership is very supportive of this new hiring, and the sooner you begin the application process the better! Once you are hired, you will begin support-raising training so you can become fully funded and on campus for the start of the ’24-25 academic year.
