FCC is searching for a Worship Minister who will be responsible for the overall direction, functionality, and health of the Tech and Worship teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Keep the Bible in front of volunteers – consistently teach Biblical principles of worship to Tech & Worship volunteers and the entire church
– Champion and communicate FCC’s vision, and minister’s expectations from volunteers
– Oversee planning and execution of weekly Sunday worship services
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Formal education preferred, not required
– Strong shepherding, leadership, and relational skills
– Proficient knowledge of Ableton for the use of click & stem tracks on stage and making practice tracks
– A sensitivity to both legacy and contemporary formats of worship
– The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of weekly ministry experience in leading/developing congregational worship and teams in a multigenerational setting. Both paid and volunteer candidates with equivalent experience will be considered
