Position Description: Discipleship and Small Groups Minister

Catalyst Church, a church plant of 12 years, serves a wealthy and diverse community of people in Greensboro, a suburban town in North Carolina in an area referred to as “The Triad.” The staff enjoy a variety of activities together, including boating, smoking cigars, Top Golf, and listening to live music. This church of 140-150 is known for its love for people and its nonjudgmental attitude – a church where anyone is welcome.

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s (or commensurate) degree, preferably from a Bible college/ministry program
• Have some experience in leading and training people in a discipleship paradigm, preferably in the Real Life ministries systems.

Salary for the position begins at $40,000 and is negotiable upon education and experience.
