Christian Horizons is hiring for a Director of Major and Planned Gifts to create and maintain a comprehensive estate planning/planned giving and major gifts Moves Management program. Every activity will operate in accordance with the overall mission, vision and values Christian Horizons. This person will be responsible for procuring funding from all possible sources to help ensure the ongoing development of Christian Horizons while maintaining the highest ethical standards in fundraising.

Other requirements:
* Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
* Certified Fundraising Executive (Preferred or working towards)
* Experience in Estate Planning and Major Gift fundraising
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
* Motivated and reliable self-starter
* Frequent travel is a priority requiring flexibility in work hours to include evenings and weekends as needed.
* Solid relationship-building skills. Able to work with folks from all social and economic backgrounds
