CCF is looking for someone who has a heart for university students, a desire to mentor young women, a strong grasp of Biblical truth, and an ability to communicate that truth. A willingness to support raise is also necessary as each campus minister is expected to raise a portion of their compensation. We are looking for a woman who desires to reach out to the college community for this position!

Campus Christian Fellowship is a ministry that serves on the three public universities in Iowa (University of Iowa, Iowa State, and University of Northern Iowa). This provides a state-wide team dynamic as well as having an established staff at each campus with which to serve.

CCF’s mission statement is: to Engage students where they are, to Equip them to follow Christ so that they may Impact the world through Him. A typical day will often include meeting up with students to discuss their lives and faith while guiding and modeling for them how to live out that faith in the world.

Our campus ministers often find themselves nurturing students’ faith and equipping them to stand strong in the Word while providing opportunities to engage with students who are asking big questions about everything; thus, enabling us to bring Scripture into these conversations.

We are one ministry on three campuses. This means that each of our campuses has a lot of autonomy in the day-to-day ministry. We all work under the same board of directors as well as a Director of CCF which overseas the ministers and the overall ministry/church connection for CCF. Because are on three different campuses but desire to be one ministry, we work hard to meet as a full staff once a week.

Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
