The Foundry is a church set in the beautiful Black Hills of western South Dakota. Rapid City is a rapidly growing community located in a region perfect for someone who loves being outdoors. The growing economy of Rapid City is largely built upon our [1] MOUNTAINS (the Black Hills are the base of the Rocky Mountains), [2] MONUMENTS (Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, the Badlands, and more), [3] MOTORCYCLES (the annual Sturgis Motorcyle Rally draws hundreds of thousands), [4] MEDICAL resources (Rapid is positioning to be a premiere regional medical destination), and [5] MILITARY (the future home of the B-21 Bomber will bring a population boom of 10,000+ by the end of the decade). The Foundry's leadership is committed to growing a healthy church through intentional & relational discipleship, creative Biblical teaching & worship, and strategic missional community engagement. The Foundry has a growing number of college-aged & young adults, balanced with a number of wise elders. Our weekly average attendance is around 110, with close to 200 members and regular attenders. The leadership vision and atmosphere of The Foundry believes that we are situated for exponential growth as we lead with grace and follow with truth.
