About Us
New Castle, VA is a rural community known for its beautiful mountain scenery. New Castle Christian Church is a place where people care deeply and well for each other. Known for its generosity, the church tries to live out Phil 4:8, “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” We are church that turns to scripture to guide us. We understand baptism and communion to be formative for the life of the believer and the church. We value praying together and believe it is only through Jesus Christ that we find our way to God.
