About Us

K2 the Church is an authentic, disciple-making church near Salt Lake City, UT. We are committed to pursuing reckless faith in Christ. Our mission is to invite and equip everyone to live out the adventure of following Christ. K2 has a great community reputation, having ministered in the area for 18 years. The church is known for being an alternative to traditional religious services and a place for anyone searching for God. We have many outreach opportunities: a food pantry and clothing closet, a foster care program, and a thriving international ministry partnership with eSwatini Africa and Honduras. The community also knows if they show up to our services they will get an excellent experience from their welcome at the door, to our worship band and speakers. We have always had a high standard for our weekend services. People who have left traditional religious backgrounds find they are comfortable here. In this season, we have focused on engaging our members in discipleship relationships. For the past 5 years we have been on a journey from just putting on a Sunday experience to actually helping our members grow spiritually. We are excited about where we are in our commitment and progress in making disciples.
