About Us

Highland Church of Christ is a contemporary church in a rural area with a track record of growth and outreach to the surrounding communities and the world. Highland is an independent, instrumental Christian church of 600+ located in the southeastern Illinois city of Robinson. We are a friendly and accepting church, with steady leadership, willing to step out in faith. We are committed to Jesus' mission of reconciling people to God. We are also a church that is heavily involved in the community. Being a larger church in a smaller town, many of our people are leaders integrally involved in education, medicine, law, politics, finance, and business. We're also known for helping meet community needs, including disaster relief, food insecurity, and provision for the needs of international students at our local college.
