About Us

HCC is an Independent Christian Church located in the Appalachian Mountains of southeastern Kentucky. The church has a multi-generational congregation with a large number of families who participate in its children's/youth program. Average weekly worship attendance is 125-135. HCC is known as a loving, welcoming church with a growing outreach program and a very active youth program. It offers ministries in GriefShare and supports several local recovery ministries, including a strong partnership in Celebrate Recovery. The youth program is active in local schools. We strive to make our community a better place to live, work, learn, and worship.
