Collective Church

About Us

Located a short drive from the mountains as well as Baltimore and Washington, D.C., Frederick is a unique and creative community with a vibrant downtown. Collective Church is known within this community as a church that serves and welcomes people as they are. The last three years have been a challenge, but in that time we have gone from being a portable church to having our own space. We have celebrated 60 baptisms, and our overall culture has grown as people have taken next steps to serve and join groups. Currently, we serve about 350 people. Staff culture and leadership development are important to us, and we enjoy celebrating and sharing dinners and retreats. For example, we recently finished Enneagram Training with Dr. Ron Kastens.
