We at Adventure are searching for someone to lead our Youth Ministry! With our current church growth, it is our desire to have a dedicated pastor developing disciples and leaders among our young men and women. The Youth Pastor role here isn’t about maintaining or managing something that “has been,” it’s more focused on building a ministry that’s fresh and new. Specifically, this role will work to build and grow student ministry/student discipleship culture (grades 6-12) at Adventure Christian Church.
Some Responsibilities include:
• To serve as the visionary leader and primary communicator/preacher that oversees the development and growth of Student Ministry and Student Culture at Adventure.
• To oversee mid-week and weekend programming for our students.
• Connection with Students outside of church programming (games, plays, school concerts, etc.)
