Louisville Christian Church in Louisville, OH is seeking a full-time middle and high school youth minister. Our church is a dynamic, growing congregation located in NE Ohio. Most of our growth in the last few years has been in young families, so our children’s and youth programs are strong. We have over 40 teens in our church of nearly 400. Our current youth minister has established a robust program but is moving into worship ministry full-time within the church.

The youth minister will work with other members of staff (including two part-time children’s ministers) to plan events for the youth and disciple them in their faith. Growth and disciple-making are the goals of our leadership team, and we are dedicated to biblical principles yet progressive in methodology.

Candidates should have a degree in ministry and a commitment to Restoration Movement doctrine and principles. Experience is preferred. Salary is negotiable, and dependent on experience and family need.
