We’re looking for a passionate Youth Minister to guide our 7th–12th graders as they take their next steps toward Jesus. This full-time role goes beyond leading a youth group—it’s about building a ministry that connects deeply with the mission of our growing church. You’ll foster spiritual growth, forge meaningful relationships, and equip teens to live out their faith into college and beyond.

We’re an elder-led but staff-driven church. The new youth minister will be working closely with the lead minister but will have plenty of autonomy to take ownership of their role. They’ll have the freedom to lead with their unique perspective and creativity while staying aligned with the overall vision of the church. It’s a great balance of support and independence, allowing them to thrive and make a real impact in their area of responsibility.
