The Valley Forge Christian Church is seeking a person to develop and oversee the ministry to children and young people. This is a part-time position with a time investment of approximately 20 hours a week including Sunday and Wednesday services. A spacious parsonage with a weekly salary make up the financial package. The candidate must exhibit the following qualifications:

- Operates within the Church Budget guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Education and Youth Ministry Team to develop and oversee staffing of classes, groups, and activities that meet the spiritual and social needs of young people.
- Assist in integrating young adults into the ministries and services of the church.
- Contribute to the worship services of the church as requested.
- Participate in Ministry Team meetings and Elders meetings as requested.
- Be accountable to the Senior Minister and be available for staff meetings.
- Will operate within the Operating Procedures of the congregation.
- Preach in the Wednesday PM rotation (every 5 months), Youth Nights, and when the Senior Minister is gone.
- Promote Camp and Coordinate Youth at TCTC.
- Attend monthly board Meeting.
- Counsel Youth as needed.
