The Worship Pastor is a key leadership position within Draper Park Christian Church. This individual will lead our worship team and congregation in dynamic, Spirit-led worship each Sunday morning. The Worship Pastor will cultivate an atmosphere that helps our church connect deeply with God, while overseeing and coordinating all aspects of worship ministry. We are on the verge of a sanctuary remodel and congregational relaunch and are seeking a leader with the passion, energy and flexibility to serve during this transition.
A secondary ministry emphasis is necessary for this position at this time in our church’s life but we are flexible with what that may look like. (e.g. youth ministry, adult discipleship)
