Northside Christian Church is seeking a full-time Worship Minister. The Worship Minister has the primary responsibility of helping to shape and implement the vision for the church’s worship experiences, as well as serve as the primary leader of the teams guiding our weekend worship experiences.
Personal Qualifications:
– Consistently engages in personal worship apart from Sundays; spiritually and emotionally healthy
– Skilled and experienced instrumentalist and vocalist
– Highly organized and self-motivated
Ministry Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Christian university (Preferred)
– Technically minded, leadership-focused, looking to work in a team environment
– Minimum of 3 years experience serving in a full-time, paid capacity with a church
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
– Planning and execution of weekly worship opportunities
– Lead, recruit, train, and schedule multiple teams of musicians, vocalists, tech leaders, etc. to ensure adequate coverage for all services and – – programs
– Provide oversight and leadership in all areas of Worship and Technical Arts
