The Worship Minister is the leader of the worship ministry of Southeast Christian Church. In collaboration with leadership, create impactful Sunday services that are consistently high in quality and passion and create an environment where people can know and experience God, making full use of creative elements such as music, video, and various other artistic expressions.
General Tasks:
• Recruit and develop teams that are fully qualified to serve the Lord by serving one another
• Facilitate the “Worship System” (Planning / Implementation / Evaluation)
• Oversee all music, graphic and creative elements of the Sunday morning worship service
Experience and Knowledge Required:
• Minimum of 3 years of worship leading in a local church (Preferred)
• Bachelor or Seminary degree in biblical studies or equivalent (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use Elexio software
