Boones Creek Christian Church is seeking a new worship minister.
Position Summary: Responsible for the recruitment and development of teams to lead the corporate worship experiences of the church. Plan, integrate, and expand opportunities for musicians and other artists to use their skills and talents to draw people into a life changing encounter with God. We are a traditional Christian Church with beliefs and values, especially regarding baptism, communion, and the value of Scripture.
The Senior Minister is responsible to the Elders. All the ministers are responsible to the Senior Minister for the ministry aspects of their work. This role is open for men and/or women to apply. Each minister is given a budgeted account each year, not tied to their salary, to be spent in furthering their ministry and/or development. This can be used for conferences, books, etc. Our staff just enjoys being together and our meetings include much laughter and joy!
