We are currently hiring for teachers and house parents to minister and serve at our Mission School. Our student population has been continually growing in the past three years. With the addition of our campus minister, we have seen students more involved in worship, revivals and Christian service. With more students comes more cultural influences, therefore our staff are challenged to stand as beacons for Christ. As an ethnically diverse and non-denominational organization, we anticipate differing perspectives and appreciate discussion. We maintain our core restoration beliefs as described in our statement of faith.
Mountain Mission School remains financially sound after serving the Kingdom for over 103 years. We diligently monitor our financial status and have been very successful in maintaining a zero-debt policy.
Mountain Mission School is tucked away in a small rural coal town in Southwest Virginia. Our school and community stand as the sole pillar of Christian diversity in our region.The Appalachian School of Law and Appalachian College of Pharmacy offer unique higher education opportunities nearby. The population of Grundy is 20,000. Also, the 3 story Walmart is the crowning jewel of the commonwealth.
