Church of the Crossroads started as a church plant 6 years ago on the outskirts of Louisville, KY and has grown exponentially since the onset, averaging around 1000 in attendance on Sunday mornings. Student ministry hosts approximately 100 middle and high school students each week in their respective programs. To stalk us, go to cotcky.org

Student Pastor Qualifications

• A growing, maturing and evident relationship with Jesus Christ, with the spiritual gifts of leading and teaching
• Experience in church ministry. Specifically, experience leading adult volunteers as well as middle and high school students

Responsibilities

To lead and oversee the making of disciples for middle and high school students, including but not limited to:

• Recruit, train and oversee adult volunteers
• Be the primary teaching pastor at student worship services
• Work with Student Worship Leader to program weekly services
• Plan, organize and execute event, trip and retreats for students
• Financially plan and oversee Student Ministry budget
• Be a team player with all other staff including the participation in all-staff meetings and all-staff initiatives as needed
