The Village Christian Church is looking to hire a full-time Senior Pastor. The Pastor is to be a member of the Leadership Team, deliver weekly sermons, and be visible in the various church ministry teams and present in the community attracting people to the church. The 20 Ministry Teams currently at the Village Christian Church include most areas of Care/Compassion, Outreach and Service. The Pastor is also encouraged to attend at least one conference annually.
