The ideal/successful candidate will:

• be a strong communicator
• be able to build relationships across multiple age groups
• be asked to establish a leadership development program to grow our current and future leaders
• have an undergraduate degree in biblical studies, a seminary degree, and/or significant ministry experience
• demonstrate a firm belief in Christian Church doctrine and meet the qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1:6-9
