Surfside Christian Church in Surfside Beach, SC is looking for a new senior minister to lead this hospitable congregation in preaching and spiritual growth. We currently are looking for a part-time minister. We are hoping this position will quickly turn into a full-time position. The minister would preach on Sunday morning and establish relationships with our people.

The senior minister will be responsible for:

• Preaching on Sundays
• Pastoral Care
• Teaching (as needed)
• Spiritual Formation

Candidates should be excited about forming relationships, visiting congregants of all ages, and building community. They should affirm the essentials of Christian doctrine, as well as Restoration Movement principles.

We are a beach committee with retirees and tourists. We have various activities we participate in – Coffee Break every Friday morning; paint class on Fridays, Game Night 2nd Tuesday every month. We have several new families and our Children’s Church is very strong.W We are looking for a minister to join our community.
