Hales Chapel Christian Church is searching for a Senior Minister.  The candidate must have a degree from a seminary or nearing completion. He will be responsible to the Elders, attend monthly meetings, and lead the church in all areas of evangelism, administrative, missions and education.  Candidates will be interviewed by the Elders. Compensation will be based upon education, experience, competitive scale and other criteria as may be determined by the Elders.  The church is 135 years old and growing in a fast developing community in Northeast Tennessee.
