First Christian Church at Brock Hall, located in Upper Marlboro, MD, is searching for a senior minister to lead their church in a variety of areas. The congregation of roughly 50 members is hoping to grow over the next few years, in discipleship and attendance. We are especially eager to reach out to youth. The senior member should be someone who is willing to invest time and effort into church growth. Responsibilities will include:

• preaching
• teaching
• pastoral care
• vision-casting for church growth
• outreach to the community, particularly youth

Candidates should have a degree in ministry or other related fields from a Bible college or seminary.
