Lone Oak Christian Church in Johnson City Tennessee is looking for a full-time senior minister. We are a very welcoming and mission-oriented church with weekly attendance of 55 to 70, and are located in beautiful Northeast Tennessee.

Lone Oak is a congregation of people united by their commitment to Jesus Christ the Son of God, working to proclaim his gospel to our community and around the world. We exist to honor Christ together in our worship and fellowship, and by equipping each other in discipleship, evangelism, and service. Lone Oak is a congregation dedicated to the principles of the restoration movement; we seek to follow the New Testament model of the church.

We are an independent instrumental church that seeks a candidate who has a Christian Church / Church of Christ background, with knowledge of the restoration movement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preaching weekly sermons, pastoral care, and teaching. The candidate needs to have a degree in ministry and preferably have prior experience as a senior minister.
