We, at FCC, are desiring a Senior Minister with a desire to serve God through the teaching and preaching of God’s Word and holding true to its infallible nature. His focus should be on Biblical themes and its application to everyday life. He must exemplify a strong relationship with Jesus and be able to edify the local church. Prayer and a passion for the lost should be a main concern along with the desire to motivate believers to reach non-believers for Christ.
