NBCC is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as Senior Minister and lead our congregation in spiritual growth and service. The ideal candidate will possess some ministerial experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to the ministry. In addition, a candidate must demonstrate experience as a dedicated, passionate, energetic individual willing to be a risk taker to evangelize in our community, and to follow our mission and purpose to grow the church for future generations.
