Blountville Christian Church is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Student Minister to lead our middle and high school ministries. The Student Minister will be responsible for creating a Christ-centered environment where students can grow in their faith, build meaningful relationships, and be equipped to live out the gospel. This role requires a heart for discipleship, strong leadership skills, and the ability to connect with students in a way that encourages spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all student ministry programs, including weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and special events.
• Build relationships with students, providing spiritual guidance and mentorship.
• Plan and execute outreach events to engage students from the church and the local community.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to assist with student ministry activities.
• Collaborate with church leadership and other ministries to integrate students into the broader life of the church.
• Encourage students to live missionally, both locally and globally.

Qualifications:

• A growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to student ministry.
• Previous experience in student ministry or related fields (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to connect with students and inspire them to grow in their faith.
• A heart for discipleship and equipping students to live out their faith.

Hours and Compensation:
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
