Boones Creek Baptist Church, a loving church family in Johnson City, TN, is growing its ministry. The church, which currently staffs a full-time Pastor and two part-time administrative positions, is seeking to add a Director of Children’s Ministries to its leadership team.

Description:

• A bi-vocational position, with a minimum of 12 hours/week
• Responsible for organizing and leading children’s ministries on Sunday morning and other days as appropriate
• Responsible to recruit and develop volunteers
• Responsible to develop relationships with families, discipling both children and families together
• Candidates must be a born-again Christian and:
  • Possess the desire to work with children K-5th grade
  • Be able to work within a church setting
• Experience in children’s ministry is preferable but not required; degree completion from a Bible college is preferable but not required.
