The NextGen Minister is responsible for overseeing the spiritual development, programming, and events for kids, Birth-12th grade. The primary focus will be Student Ministry, 7th-12th grade, while also providing oversight, leadership, and support for Kids Ministry, Birth-6th grade. The NextGen Minister will also be an active leader, pastor, and contributor to the overall health of Macomb Christian Church.

We are looking for a fun and exciting minister who develops relationships with our students and volunteers. The NextGen Minister needs to be comfortable leading, teaching, and organizing ministries. Candidates with little experience can benefit from coaching and oversight from the Lead Minister. Candidates with more experience will be given the freedom to hit the ground running. There is much potential in our NextGen ministry; we just need the right leader to take us to the next level.
