Hampton Christian Church in Hampton, Tennessee, is seeking applicants for the full-time pastor position. Hampton Christian Church (HCC) is a vibrant church that is firmly grounded in Biblical principles. The HCC Pastor’s duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation and delivery of three sermons each week (Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday evening)
• Being present in the church office from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
• Conducting visitations, including sick congregants, hospitals, nursing homes, homebound individuals, and lost individuals within the community
• Conducting funerals (average 5-10 per year)
• Officiating wedding ceremonies (average 2 per year)
• Organizing and conducting special events, including Easter, Christmas, Homecoming, Revivals, and other ceremonies as appropriate
• Overseeing and dispersing the HCC Benevolent Fund
• Assisting Elders & Deacons with determining required facilities maintenance
