Midway Christian Church, Winder, GA, is in search of our next Preaching Minister. We are looking for a Lead Pastor who is an authentic, honest, humble, and devoted leader to the body of Christ. This person will be a leader who embraces a vision and who will lead and empower both staff and lay leadership to serve and support this vision in God-honoring ways. Midway is located in the fast-growing region between Atlanta and Athens. The right candidate will be able to lead in evangelism and outreach to the community. Salary is negotiable and housing allowance is available. The Lead Minister position encompasses a variety of roles, including pastoral, preaching, and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
- Pastoral visitation and counseling
- Preaching and teaching
- Discipleship
- Evangelism
- Shepherding
- Administration
- Personal growth
