The role of the Kids Ministry Lead at Fork Christian Church is to cast vision and direction for FCC Kids (birth-5th grade) under the overall church-wide mission of being “Imperfect people pursuing a Perfect God.” In addition to this, they will provide oversight while creating an empowerment culture all throughout the FCC Kids’ ministry.

CREATE A MINISTRY FOR FCC KIDS
Provide, champion, and mobilize a vision for FCC Kids that support the church’s vision of “Imperfect people pursuing a Perfect God.”

PASTOR THOSE ENTRUSTED TO YOU
Shepherd and pastor Kids’ volunteers, kids, and families.

MULTIPLY BY GIVING MINISTRY AWAY
Identify, recruit, train, and empower high-capacity volunteers to serve the ministry of FCC Kids.

SERVE THE CHURCH FAMILY
Support the entire FCC family in serving the pastoral, ministry, and assigned needs of the church
