The Principal at JCA is to provide the chief visionary leadership and oversight to the everyday operation of the school. The Principal works with the JCA Board and staff, as well as with JCC leaders in accomplishing this task.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
– Have a strong Christian character and a passion for Christ-centered education.
– Have excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and in relationships.
– Have knowledge of school operations, educational background, and experience (preferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Lead and develop school personnel.
– Supervise curriculum and educational planning.
– Direct the planning of all school events and coordinate functions with JCC and other facilities.
– Provide for the spiritual growth of the JCA students.
