Academy Christian Church of Colorado Springs is seeking candidates for their full-time Westside Campus Pastor.

The purpose of this position is to guide individuals and families to a life following Jesus at the WS campus
Summary:
- Be the “face of the place” for Academy Christian Church Westside Campus.
- Serve as the local pastor, leader, shepherd, team builder, community liaison, neighborhood ambassador, evangelist, and mission communicator, all in cooperation with ACC Northside campus and ACC leaders.
- Oversee the ongoing operations of the WS campus and be the resident expert in the surrounding community and culture.
- Identify, recruit and develop key ministry leaders.
- Emcee services and preach as requested/necessary. Provide leadership, input, and support to Church wide initiatives as needed and attend all necessary leadership meetings/functions at the Northside campus.
