LifeBridge Christian Church is seeking an individual to fill the role of Associate Pastor with duties including, but not limited to the following:

• The Associate Pastor is being hired as a part time contractor to perform the duties and responsibilities of Ministry within the Church. The contractor should expect @ 15 hours of work per week.  Compensation is to be $300 per week.
• The Associate Pastor shall participate in the worship services. Sunday participation and communion mediations are expected.  Additionally, The Associate Pastor will be expected to occasionally provide sermons, lead Worship services, counsel members of the church and oversee Youth Ministry.
• The Associate Pastor shall work in a spirit of cooperation with the Leadership Team.
• The Associate Pastor may work with any or all of the Leadership Team ministries to direct spiritual education of the Church.

Term of Employment

• The position of Associate Pastor is considered to be part time.  Either party shall have the right to terminate the contract without fault.
• After 6 months of satisfactory service, the Associate Pastor will be allowed 14 days of  non-paid continuing education/vacation per year.
• In the event that the congregation of LifeBridge Christian Church removes the Associate Pastor, the contract may be terminated without notice.  Any decision by a 2/3 majority of the congregation at a regular or specially held meeting of the congregation will be considered final.
