Community Christian Church is looking to hire a full-time Associate Lead Minister with the expectation that the person hired will become the Lead Minister when the current Lead Minister retires.

We are a multiethnic, multigenerational church in New York City. The congregation is diverse in ethnicity, race, income, education, and religious background. We are a healthy, financially sound, and stable church averaging 80 in attendance either in person or online.

The successful candidate will be a good communicator and leader. They will be a self starter with a solid work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, yet a mature and humble person. We are looking for someone who will help us fulfill our mission which is to glorify God by being a church that who make disciples of Jesus in relational environments that change the world. We define a disciple as someone who has come to Jesus, is following Jesus, and joining Jesus in making disciples.
