Life Group Leadership and Coordination
- Cultivate a culture of discipleship and community within our church
- Recruit, train, lead and follow up with Life Group leaders
- Execute a vision for Life Groups to be quality in addition to pursuing more group options for our community
- Prepare the campus for groups to meet (rooms, air, doors unlocked, etc.)
- Create a vision to engage more men in our Life Groups
Pastoral Care
- Meet with and connect with visitors
- Call/visit with those hurting in our church
- Meet with those who have questions about salvation or joining the church
- Provide counsel where necessary
- Officiate weddings as requested
- Coordinate benevolence requests
Sunday Service Responsibilities
- Preach on Sunday morning when requested by lead minister
- Other speaking roles such as communion, giving thought, leader huddle, baptism, new members, etc.
- Prepare certain areas of the campus for service
