Middle School Minister:
The Middle School Minister is responsible for all areas of Youth Ministry for 6th-8th grade aged students. This role will work closely with the High School Minister in developing a cohesive spiritual formation pathway for students- along with creating opportunities for parents to engage in the spiritual formation of their children. This position reports to the Next Gen Director and is part of the Next Gen Ministry team.

Early Childhood Minister:
The Early Childhood Minister’s role is to provide supervision and oversight of all areas of Children’s Ministry, nursery through preschool aged kids. This role will work closely with the Elementary Minister in developing programs and opportunities to engage parents in the spiritual development of their children. The position reports to the Next Gen Director and is part of the Next Gen Ministries team. This role also includes maintaining a positive and reciprocal relationship with the PCC Preschool.

Perfect Fit and Treehouse Coordinator:
The Perfect Fit and Treehouse Coordinator will oversee the Perfect Fit ministry, which exists to provide kids with special needs at PCC with appropriate discipleship programming. This position will also oversee the open play Community Hours at the Treehouse play area during the week. While overseeing both areas, this position will exhibit the ability to train and equip a team of volunteers that will be used to strengthen each area- by way of spiritual impact, personal care, and relationship building. This position will create relationships with the families of Perfect Fit and Community Hours, as a representative of Plainfield Christian Church, for the purpose of caring for the different families based on their needs. The Perfect Fit & Treehouse Coordinator will serve on the NextGen ministry team and will report to the NextGen Director.
