The 2024 MRC Fall Retreat will bring together ministers, spouses, mentors, and friends for a time of connection and renewal.
When? The retreat will start Thursday evening, September 26 and go through 11am on Saturday morning, September 28.
Where? The retreat will take place at the Lambuth Inn at Lake Junaluska, NC. Accommodations and sessions will be in this building of the Lake Junaluska Retreat Center, located on a hill overlooking the lake. If you are flying, please fly into the Asheville Regional Airport.
Who? If you consider yourself a minister (congregational, campus, chaplaincy, academic, etc.) and are in the first five years of ministry, this retreat is for you. If you are a member of the mentoring community, you are invited. If you are the spouse of a minister or member of the mentoring community, we welcome you as well.
This year we are asking for a $75 registration fee up front. If you are in the first five years of ministry or this is your first time coming to this retreat, the registration fee will be refunded back to you with your travel reimbursement after the event. If you are not in your first five years and you have been to this retreat in the past but need assistance with travel funds, please email Clayton Young to apply for a travel scholarship.
