God confirms and sustains our callings in community. God empowers churches and organizations to sustain those who are called. Staff culture plays a vital role in everyone’s ability to thrive in ministry. 

We asked candidates what they look for in interviews. We asked them what helped them say yes to an offer. We found that the personality, culture and values of a church or organization played a role in building that initial trust. The questions below will help the Ministry Resource Center best share your church or organization’s vision and values with qualified candidates.
